Shipping & Returns
In stock items ship within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email, with tracking number, is sent once your order has shipped. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are free within The Netherlands for orders above €100,-.
We accept returns for any reason, as long as they comply with the below. To start your return process please click here.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be unused/unworn, unwashed an undamaged.
- Full and Partial order return costs in the Netherlands and outside of the Netherlands are paid by the customer. In case of full order return, initial shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.
- Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
