Items currently in stock will be shipped within 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are free within The Netherlands for orders exceeding €100.

We accept returns for any reason, as long as they comply with the following conditions:

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

To initiate the return process, kindly fill out the return form.

Full order return costs within The Netherlands are covered by Billie Wonder.
Partial order return costs in the Netherlands, as well as full and partial return costs outside the Netherlands, are the responsibility of the customer.
